Hi Everyone, the patrol meeting reports for many previous meetings have been collected, but I haven’t posted them to the website before. So here are the reports for the 2/17 patrol meetings:
Patrol 1:
Agenda: In this patrol meeting the patrol reviewed some first aid skills. Then all the second year scout went with Dainial to learn how to tie lashings. While the second year scouts and Daninal were doing that the patrol played some Boy Scout jeopardy.

Patrol 2:
We started at 7 pm. First we did flags, then announcements about upcoming events. Then, we took turns teaching each other knots like the taut line and 2-half hitches. Finally, we played a game of scribble up until 8:15 pm, when we ended the meeting.
Attendance: Aiden Son, Justin Lee, Cedar Ledgerwood, Nathan Lee, Brady, David Campbell, Eddie Ling, Chase Wong, Kai Mirchandani, Trevor Milne, and Matthew.
Patrol 3:
The meeting started at 7:00. Neel started off with flags by telling Kade to do the scout law, Kevin to do the scout oath, and Patrick to do the outdoor code. Afterwards, Neel gave some announcements. He first talked about first year advancement, as we have two new first years in our patrol. Then, he talked about an upcoming leadership training meeting for first class scouts. This was followed by an introduction of all the leadership positions in our patrol, including patrol leader, scribe, quartermaster, first year guide, and den chief. Neel ended announcements by talking about possibly returning to in-person scouting; both for meetings and for outings. After that, we did some first aid trivia and scenarios so that the first years could learn the skills. We also reviewed basic knots and basic cooking practices. Finally, we played online games with the remaining time.

Patrol 4:

Patrol 6:
Scout spirit: We played a game of jackbox. Announcements: Leadership class March 6 and 7, 2:00 – 2:30 BOR March 16. SMC has to be completed by March 13 Court of honor Feb 28 Patrol Campout on March 12 In person is only if you have no other in person activities. Presentations: Will gave a presentation about Cyberbullying. Tayton gave a presentation about the three Rs. Safety merit badge: Do 1a of the safety merit badge.
